Bring the work you want help with.

Use Claude Cowork / ChatGPT Work to work directly in your files, or Claude Code / Codex to build a small tool for your business. Choose one task to work through together; we confirm the scope and software before your session.

Get the weekly report done.

Bring the spreadsheets you pull together every week. Use Claude Cowork / ChatGPT Work to combine them, update the totals and charts, and save a finished report. Check it against the originals, then run the same task on a new set of files.

Get a folder of paperwork organized.

Use Claude Cowork / ChatGPT Work on a copy of a messy folder to rename files, sort them by customer or job, and build an index. Review the changes together so you can find what you need without opening every file.

Build a tool for a task you repeat.

Bring a pricing sheet or a calculation you do by hand. Use Claude Code / Codex to build a simple calculator with your rules, test it on past jobs, and use it again without rebuilding the spreadsheet.

How much money is your repetitive work costing you?

Put a yearly cost on one task using salary and the time it takes each day.

Pick one task you keep repeating.

Enter a salary and the time spent on that task each day.

Use your salary or the salary of the person doing the task. $60,000 is an editable example.

Count the time spent on this task each workday.

Over a year, that adds up to:

Estimated yearly cost of this task
$5,000per year, based on salary
Hours spent on this task
166.7hours / year

Salary cost of the time spent, before benefits or overhead. It is not a prediction of how much AI will save.

Here’s the math.

Annual salary ÷ 2,000 working hours = hourly salary cost.
Minutes per day × 250 workdays ÷ 60 = hours per year.
Hours per year × hourly salary cost = yearly cost of that time.

Assumes 250 workdays per year and 8 hours per workday. Results update as you type. Calculations use unrounded values.

How to register and schedule.

  1. Email Mark.

Include your business name, one-on-one or group format, number of participants, what you want to learn, and preferred February dates.

  2. Confirm the details.

Mark confirms availability, the date, start time, Cincinnati location, and any preparation or software needs with you.

  3. Practice together.

Bring your questions and agreed examples. Try the task yourself with help, then take your prompts and steps back to work.

Learn something useful, or your session is free.

You tell us what you want to do. We work through it together. You try it yourself. If you don’t learn a useful AI skill you can use again, the session is free.

If you don’t learn a useful AI skill you can use again, you don’t pay our session fee. If you’ve already paid it, we return it. This applies to one-on-one and group sessions.

This covers the training session fee. Separate software costs are discussed before booking.

Before you schedule.
