## What The Setup Builds

- Draft email replies written from a tone file based on your own sent messages and emails.
- A draft daily work-log entry.
- Automatically created Apple Reminders for personal and work commitments.
- A feedback folder so the assistant can improve over time.

## Guardrails

- The assistant never sends email.
- The assistant saves email drafts only.
- The assistant does not post logs without approval.
- The assistant always creates reminders for concrete tasks, commitments, events, dates, and follow-ups.
- The assistant checks for obvious duplicates when practical, but creates the reminder when uncertain so a task is not missed.
- The assistant does not edit or delete existing reminders or Drive files.
- Text-message exports stay local on the Mac.

## Setup Flow

1. Open the full setup kit in Claude Cowork.
2. Ask Claude to read the file and walk through setup one step at a time.
3. Complete the intake questions.
4. Let Claude create the local text-export scripts.
5. Run the text export test.
6. Create and approve the tone file.
7. Create or confirm the Google Drive folders.
8. Run one manual dry run and confirm a test reminder is created automatically.
9. Schedule the local Mac task only after the dry run works.

## Recommended First Test

Ask Claude to draft a reply to an email from yourself. Confirm the reply appears in Drafts and that nothing was sent.
